The Rainforest Ascent (Senaru Village to Senaru Crater Rim) Step into the wild as we begin our ascent through Rinjani’s rich ecosystem.

The Plan: After a 7:00 AM breakfast and registration at the Rinjani National Park office, we begin our trek at 8:00 AM through the dense, tropical rainforest. You will be treated to a freshly prepared lunch at Pos 2 Montong Satas (1,500m) by our dedicated porters. We then push upward to the Senaru Crater Rim (2,641m) just in time to witness an unforgettable sunset illuminating the lake, the summit, and distant Mount Agung in Bali.
Day 2: The Heart of the Volcano (Crater Rim to Lake & Sembalun Rim) A day of dramatic landscapes, restorative waters, and preparing for the final push.

The Plan: Wake up to a stunning sunrise breakfast overlooking the vast caldera. We will take a 2-3 hour descent down to the pristine Segara Anak Lake (2,000m). Here, you can enjoy leisure time soaking in the healing natural hot springs followed by a lakeside lunch. In the afternoon, we tackle a 3-4 hour ascent to the Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639m). We will serve an early dinner so you can rest up for the midnight summit attack.
Day 3: Conquering the Peak (Summit Attack & Final Descent) The ultimate test of endurance, rewarded with a sunrise you will never forget.

The Plan: We wake up at 2:00 AM for the final, challenging 3-hour climb to the Rinjani Summit (3,726m). Stand above the clouds as the sun rises over the Indonesian archipelago. Afterward, we descend back to camp for a well-deserved breakfast before beginning the 4-5 hour trek down to Sembalun Village, with a lunch stop at Pos 2. From Sembalun, our transport will be waiting to take you to your next Lombok destination.
